In Kiev alone, beginning in 2010 recorded 20,993 crimes, which is 19,8% more than in January-July last year. In six months the number of reported burglaries has increased in 2,5 times, and their level of disclosure has decreased. And the number of thefts from country houses and houses grew by almost 4-fold. The number of thefts from apartments increased by 72%!
Depressing figures, is not it?
